PHG has recently added an all new Functional Training are where members can mix-up their workouts and incorporate core strengthening and stability exercises. Please consult with a personal trainer before beginning a routine without the proper instruction.

Locker Rooms and Sauna
After your workout, relax in the sauna and shower, you’ll need it!!! Towel services will be coming soon, as well as, renovations to both men’s and woman’s locker rooms…
