Class Descriptions 

BODYPUMP™, the original LES MILLS™ barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Great bodies aren’t born, they are transformed, using the proven BODYPUMP™ formula: THE REP EFFECT™ a breakthrough in resistance workout training. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. 

RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new RPM™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

20/20/20 is a class that allows you to be pushed to success! Every 20 minutes the instructor will change the format/goal or the class to keep your body guessing, your heart pounding, and your muscles burning!

SILVER FIT* is a fun, 25 minute class for older, active individuals, new exercisers, or anyone who is just getting back into shape. The class is based on low impact aerobic movement that is designed to elevate the heart rate, while keeping one foot on the floor at all times. If you can’t speak while taking this class, then you are working too hard. No equipment required!

SILVER CHAIR*, taught entirely from the chair, is intended for our older members. The focus of the workout is on strength training and the improvement of functional movement in everyday living. Stretching exercises designed to increase joint flexibility and ranges of motion are included at the end of class.

BODY FLOW...is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

TURBOKICK is the most popular group exercise kickboxing program in the country. The hottest exercise class around! It is kickboxing, TURBO sized! The EXPRESS* class is a condensed 25 minute version of its’ full sized companion. Both classes are appropriate for all levels of fitness because modifications for intensity are provided throughout the class. Abdominal exercises are included at the end of class before cooling down.  

ZUMBA is for everyone! This unique Latin inspired international music and dance phenomenon creates a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system. Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness class. This program is not limited to dancers or fitness fanatics. All exercisers from beginner to advanced will enjoy the benefits of this class.

♥ indicates a class appropriate for individuals who have never exercised before, have medical issues or who desire a lower impact workout in a controlled environment


Signup sheets for RPMTMclasses will be available 30 minutes prior to the advertised class start time at the front desk. Due to the limited number of bikes, members must be present to sign up to reserve their bike in order to take the next scheduled RIDE class. You can pay $5 to reserve a bike in advance, if you prefer.

Please do not reserve a bike for other members who are NOT physically present. You must be present when signing up to reserve your bike, no phone calls, please.  Only you can sign yourself in to reserve a bike for a scheduled class, up 30 minutes prior to the advertised class start time.

Members are not permitted to “hold” bikes for others who are not present in the room when the class starts. If a participant is NOT beside a bike at the advertised class start time, that seat will be forfeited and WILL be given to the first person waiting to RIDE.  A towel or water bottle on the bike does not HOLD the bike for a member. Due to the time constraints of the class, if a member is not ready to ride at the advertised start time and is not present to “set up” a bike, that bike will be given to the next person waiting.
