We begin with our valuable health screening process in which we use the Polar-Health First Tri-Fit computerized health assessment system. The Tri-Fit measures your heart rate, blood pressure, body fat, flexibility, strength, cardiovascular fitness, and more. Our health screening process and our Professional Trainers are what set PHG apart from all other programs, and makes it an effective way to reach your goals and maintain your long-term results. Our personal trainers are experienced professionals that are certified and insured. Our trainers specialize in all areas including weight loss, post-rehabilitation, sport specific, and core training.

Polar’s TriFIT Assessment TriFIT 700 provide trainers with the ability to quickly and accurately evaluate fitness levels

while teaching health and wellness concepts. Health assessment products enable to track and document health status as they equip the knowledge to sustain lifetime fitness, develop personalized health and fitness portfolios and create

customized exercise and nutrition programs. Then print educational, progress and trend reports for clients and group

summary reports. Included interactive features are Body Weight, Strength, Flexibility and Body Composition.
