BETTER BUTTS*: The name says it all! This 25 minute class is designed to focus on the gluteal area and upper legs, including quadriceps, hamstrings and the adductor muscles. A variety of exercises and equipment will be used for only the best results. Appropriate for new and active exercisers.
 
CARDIO BLAST*: A 25 minute class solely committed to hard core cardio. Class formats and equipment will vary, but the goal is to get your heart rate soaring and your calories burning. Appropriate for all fitness levels because options for intensity will be provided. 
 
CARDIO FIT*: A fun, 25 minute class for older, active individuals, new exercisers, or anyone who is just getting back into shape. The class is based on low impact aerobic movement that is designed to elevate the heart rate, while keeping one foot on the floor at all times. If you can’t speak while taking this class, then you are working too hard. No equipment required!
 
CHAIR FIT*: This class is taught entirely from the chair and is intended for our older members. The focus of the workout is on strength training and the improvement of functional movement in everyday living. Stretching exercises designed to increase joint flexibility and ranges of motion are included at the end of class. 
 
 : Center your energy with GROUP CENTERGY! Grow longer and stronger as you explore this blend of Yoga and Pilates movements. Positive and uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will enable you to reduce stress and promote relaxation. 
 
This is your HOUR OF POWER! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscle groups with simple, athletic, movements such as squats, lunges and curls. GROUP POWER is for all ages and fitness levels.
 
TOTAL TONING*:   Taking TONING to the next level! Anticipate a 25 minute class attacking all the major muscle groups with bands, tubes, and hand weights. Time will also be devoted to working abs! All fitness levels are appropriate because YOU choose the weights and strength of the bands. Leave the rest up to us!
 
 The hottest exercise class around! It is kickboxing, TURBO sized! TURBOKICK is the most popular group exercise kickboxing program in the country. The EXPRESS* class is a condensed 25 minute version of its’ full sized companion. Both classes are appropriate for all levels of fitness because modifications for intensity are provided throughout the class. Abdominal exercises are included at the end of class before cooling down.
